Rheumatoid Arthritis Friendly Products

Hi everyone - I'm new here so I hope I'm doing this right.  I'm 34 and pregnant for the first time after 3.5 years of trying.  It's a girl!  I have been living with lupus since I was 22 and I have rheumatoid arthritis.  My question is does anyone have any R.A. friendly baby product recommendations?  I imagine the car seat, stroller, and pack and play might be the biggest pains (literally).  I appreciate any thoughts as I put my registry together.  Thanks and I hope everyone is feeling well!
