I have an Ergo and a Solly (love, love LOVE the Solly wrap), and still wear my 10 month old in both. If this nugget is a little girl, I'm just itching to buy a pink Solly.

I want to try a ring sling so badly because it looks like it'd be easier to wear a toddler in it with a baby belly... Advice from anyone?
I just discovered the solly by reading this thread. What do you love about it? Checked the site and their patterns and colours look amazing. Fabric looks lighter than the moby?
I love how lightweight it is- I've never tried a Moby, but I've heard that it gets warm in the summer. I never had that problem with the Solly. It's still supportive enough to wear my 22lb 10 month old in it. I love that you tie it once and then can pop LO in and out and in again without having to take the whole thing off and retie it. That alone is why I reach for it more than my Ergo.

  • I LOVE my Tula, even upgraded to a toddler for my daughter(20 months) that we use every once in awhile.

I tried wrapping when she was seven months and just couldn't get it, I'm hoping to get t this time around especially for the newborn stage.

So I kind of skipped baby wearing with my daughter. I just wasn't into it. However, with a toddler and another on the way, I'm all about finding a carrier that works for me!

I love the look of the Solly wraps, so I'll probably try one of those.

I'm completely in the dark about Tula. What makes them a must-buy?

My sil just had her first and for one of their baby shower gifts I gave them a solly. They love it, and compared to the moby it's a lot more lightweight. I think it's a bit easier to wrap with too compared to the moby which is really thick.
  • I prefer a ring sling for when they are little and then I have a wrapsody hybrid stretch wrap that is wonderful. We also have a tula that has been great for my husband, but he liked the ring sling as well when our son was tiny.

what is a good carrier for back wearing?

does anyone make one to carry a toddler on the back and an infant in the front? (if not, i'm totally trademarking that. but i'm not sure i even want it, because holy hell that would be heavy.)
The TwinGo is made for carrying 2, but we don't find it as comfortable as a SSC on the front and Fidella Onbu on the back! The Onbu allows for quick ups and downs for the 2yo!

I'm one of those crazy ladies with way too many carriers for her toddler lol. Welcome to the dark side!

Same here!! Hubs thinks I'm nuts, but doesn't say no!! 3 Standard Tulas, 1 WC ABC, 1 Toddler WC Beco, 1 Fidella Onbu, 1 Fidella FlyTai, and 3 Didymos!! Ha!! Hoping to get some Ring Slings or have some of the Didymos's converted!!
  • Hard to see, but this is a Tula on Front and a Fidella Onbu (with an improperly possisioned toddler) in back!
