Natural Birth at Sparrow?

Does anyone know if Sparrow is very accepting and knowledged when it comes to natural birth (unmedicated, upright birthing positions)?

    Yes. They are a baby friendly hospital, and my OB told me I can choose as much or as little medication as I want or need and when we took the hospital tour they mentioned all the different positions you could do. I would suggest doing a hospital tour. It's free and through epobaby.org

    Yes absolutely, I do think it also depends on your OB. I go to Lansing OBGYN and have had 2 natural deliveries and 1 delivery with an Epidural, all 3 great experiences! I'm planning on delivering my 4th baby there sometime this month.
