cracked nipple

One of my nipples is cracked. I think my LO latch is fine since the other nipple is ok. I'm not sure how to help it heal. I've been trying lansinoh and letting it air dry with breast milk on it. I have been continuing to breastfeed on it.

I used a nipple shield until it healed. I saw an LC and her head was tilted wrong ever so slightly. Found a better hold and we are all good now. Good luck.

I used a nipple shield as well! It helped it heal without being super painful!
