Probably not the place

But has anyone ever been left for being pregnant and the guy "not being ready" ?

Re: Probably not the place

  • Right here! My boyfriend broke up with me last week. He said he wanted to after we accidentally got pregnant a few months back so we actually tried after the miscarriage and surprise surprise when it happened he said he still wasn't ready....

  • Yeah mine was all great for two weeks. Came to my first appointment. Been supportive. Then all of a sudden last night and today wants nothing to do with me or the baby.
  • Y'all just take care of yourselves and pray that they will be involved in their child's life after delivery. I'm not in that situation this time, but I was in a previous pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. I know that's a terrible feeling, but it truly is their loss and if they're "not ready" you don't really want them dragging you down anyway! I had a lot of inspiration from several nurse practitioner single parents who told me to count it as a blessing for him leaving early and told me how strong their bond with their children was. Hopefully they wake up, but if not... Good riddance!
  • Thank you. I've been reading a lot of stuff from other people that say its better for them to leave early to see their true colors. I'm usually a person that freaks out over any kind of stress and he helped me calm it down so now I'm just doing my best to keep calm because it's definitely not something I need to stress about. Not good for my future babe
  • That can't be easy :( Thinking of you all!
