@nmfranklin00 I loves c25k. Great program for beginners and people who need to get back in the game. My LO is still completely inconsistent with naps so I haven't gotten into any exercise routine yet, but I plan on doing c25k again when I do. Until then I'm just watching my food, trying to eat the healthier stuff.

I just started Piyo to ease into exercise again. I thought it was a good program to begin with because of the stretching and strengthening with yoga poses. On the third day, workouts are only 20 minutes - I feel like I could do more but decided not to push myself so my muscles won't be so sore!
ps I am totally out of shape and haven't exercised months before pregnancy.
