Anyone had miscarriages after successful pregnancy? I had a healthy baby 7 years ago... Started trying last year had 2 miscarriages and pregnant again 5w2d
I started with 2 miscarriages then had a baby now 6w and hoping this is baby#2. However my mother had a baby had 2 miscarriages had a baby had a miscarriage had a baby had a miscarriage.
I had a surprise, very uneventful pregnancy to a healthy boy in 2014. Then two miscarriages this year at 9w. Now pregnant at 5w. Trying not to get my hopes up yet.
I have a healthy soon to be three year old & then 2 miscarriages this year. 5 weeks 6 days now. It's hard because you want to be excited but your guard is up.
Had a textbook easy pregnancy with my first son, then four losses in a row before getting pregnant with my current son thanks to Science!. Being pregnant after losses is so emotionally taxing. Like @Lissaf22 said, it's so hard to let yourself get excited -- feels like waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Mom of sons "Alpha" (Feb 2012) & "Beta" (May 2016) Pregnant after 4 losses via IVF/FET with daughter "Gamma" (EDD Oct 2, 2019)
I had 3 healthy babies (by God's grace as we struggled with infertility through all that!), 2 mc, and pg again after almost a whole year of being sidelined (so many blood tests! My last mc was a partial molar). I ovulated 2 days after getting the green light after my final blood test and BAM, pregnant! It took 3 years of ttc to conceive baby #3 so I was so surprised we got pregnant right away. Like all of you, we are very tentatively excited, and all I want is that 1st appt to show me a good, strong heartbeat. Saying a prayer for each and every one of you!
