Has anyone had any experience with taking provera  in preparation for a FET? If, so how many days after stopping did you get your period? I'm 10 days out and still nothing and i'm starting to worry that this whole IVF process has really screwed me up!    I did my first round of IVF in July, never had a missed period and all bloodwork showed no issues with me--we are doing IVF for male factor--then we were trying to do a natural transfer cycle and had to stop because normal ovulation wasn't happening so they cancelled it and put me on medicated cycle, starting with provera, which I was to take for 5 days and then report day one.... Still waiting for day one and am totally freaked out  my IVF cycle has screwed me up.  

Any help, insight or experience would be appreciated.  I find this board much more helpful than talking to my RE's office!

im not doing ivf but took provera for 10 days after iui was canceled & af showed on 12th day. my re said it takes approx 10 days to work. hope this helps! good luck!

I'm sorry it's taking longer than expected I know it can be frustrating and of courde strest doesnt helP any. I took Provera so I can start my FET process. I took it for 7 days and AF came 2 days later. Maybe you would need to take it for a longer period of time?
