Gummy prenatals

regular prenatals are making me SO sick this time around. I've heard the gummies could be easier on my stomach. Favorite brand ladies?

I actually really liked the Vitafusion gummies ;) Chewing candy/gummies ended up making me gag with my first tho so I then tried out a million diff types. I love spring valley. They are a pill but they aren't encapsulated and don't have any flavor.. and you get almost a years worth for around $8. My savior!

  • I was using the GNC women's prenatal gummies (raspberry lemonade flavor) but just know that gummies do not contain iron. You would have to take the supplement separately or just monitor your blood work closely for deficiency anemia. The iron is usually what makes people nauseous but you may not need it if you can in enough through diet. Just follow up with your doctor for their recommendation of course.
  • Canada doesn't seem to have gummy prenatals.
    I keep looking everywhere.

    I've considered ordering online.

Honestly, I've found the Target brand to be cheap ($7 for 90) and they actually taste good. It does have the folic acid and DHA.

  • I used target brand for my other two pregnancies. I also took them at night so it wasn't as bad!

  • I use jamieson prenatal- pills and they don't seem to upset my stomach.
  • I use spring valley.
  • CVS gummies! They are typically cheaper than the name brand, taste really good, and are usually buy one get one free :)
