Retro flexed uterus and back pain

Hi all-
Anyone have a retro flexed uterus? What symptoms are you having? As much as my OB says it will not cause complications I'm still nervous. I've had terrible back pain and cramps for the past week.

I have it and a fibroid as well. Doc doesn't seem concerned at all. He says it should fix itself by week 12. A lot of lower back pain and peeing since it's laying back and on my bladder. Of course of your cramps are bad I would definitely talk to doc.
