Pregnant with Acromegaly!

I am newly pregnant and have been treated for Acromegaly for 5 yrs. According to my endocrinologist, my situation is rare and we were told there could be challenges when we were trying to conceive. Since I'm pregnant, I have to discontinue my medication due to the chance it will cross the placenta. Are there any mom's out there that are pregnant with Acromegaly that can let me know their experiences? I've been told there's very little precedence, so I have little to go on as far as expectations.
