Anyone have a clot in or near yolk sac before?

We just had a sonogram yesterday at 7wk3 days. They saw what they think is a blood clot in the yolk sac. My doctor said not to worry, that it is common & should pass (so to be aware that I could bleed a bit as a result) or be reabsorbed. I am really nervous about this & wonder if anyone else has experienced this before. We will recheck in 3 weeks.

I haven't experienced this personally, but my friend had one and it was reabsorbed. Try not to worry!

Yes, we also have this near the sac. The tech said this happens sometimes during implantation.

Yes. I have a very large sch/clot behind baby. At 5 weeks, it was triple the size of the gestational sac. At 8 weeks, it was about the same size as the gestational sac.

So glad I'm not alone!!! They didn't say how large it was but he did say just don't be running and jumping around like crazy (not that I would). What did your doctors say? Relax?
