Feeling is in between my upper thighs, very close the my vaginal area also through put my inner hip bones feels very painful and tightening then it releases . I'm not sure what it is any help?

Sounds like contractions to me, too. Possibly BH, possibly labor. Definitely second the recommendation of calling your doctor.
