Post partum shoe size

Has anyone else's feet grown? None of my shoes fit the way they used to. I don't really want to have to buy all new shoes, but my feet are so cramped, especially in my workout shoes! I've been hoping they'll go back, but I'm now 10 weeks PP.

My feet have grown about a 1/2 size each child. I was an 8- 8 years ago and 3 children later I am a 9.5. And workout shoes should usually be about .5 size bigger anyway.

  • luckily mine still fit!
  • My shoes are fitting tight right now too. I am 8 weeks postpartum and the relaxin levels should be tapering down now. I'm still hoping they'll go back to normal. I was able to finally get my wedding band back on last week... So I'm a bit hopeful.

  • My shoes got a bit tight during pregnancy, but they went back to normal within a week of having my baby.
  • I was really worried about this before and during my pregnancy.. I can NOT afford to get bigger feet, I love my shoes too much.. Some people make smart investments...I buy shoes.. :-SS
  • After my first child I went from a size 8 to an 8.5. Luckily I haven't increased from there, but I'm super petite so my feet already looked pretty big on me!
  • My feet are huge! Went from 9.5/10 to 11. I only bought 1 new pair for now, still hoping to go down a bit at 6 weeks pp.
  • I'm almost 9 weeks pp. have been stuck wearing flip flops and sandals because nothing else fits. I'm back and work and on my feet most of the day, so my feet are killing me from the lack of support. I'm caving in and buying a couple new pairs, but will get something cheap. Praying my feet go back to normal as I too have a whole lot of shoes! My SIL said it took her about 5 months to fit into her shoes again. I just got my engagement ring to go back on a few days ago so I'm hoping shoes will fit soon too.
  • My shoes still don't fit either. I'm 7 weeks PP. I have been wearing the same pair of black flip flops since April. Even my other flip flops didn't fit, these were the only ones :/ I am refusing to buy new shoes, but looks like I will need to. My mom went up a half a size, so I'm assuming mine will do the same. Nervous to see what my new size will be! My engagement ring just went back on yesterday so there may be hope!
  • Ugh! I may have to break down and at least get some new workout shoes. My feet hurt so bad after Zumba now!
