I'm two days postpartum and except for this issue, I feel great (passed stool twice with no pain, bleeding is minimal, achiness is mostly gone). However, this dizziness thing is a real pain in the butt! Has anyone else experienced this? No headache, no other signs of liver or kidney issues, no blurred vision. Just this persistent feeling of just having walked off a boat. I am breastfeeding, so I'm wondering if maybe I'm just seriously needing to up my calories and water and attempt to get more sleep (don't we all), but curious if this is something I should just chalk up as fairly normal or if it's worth the extra call to my OB.

I'd say dizziness is normal for a little bit pp. I take it as a sign to take a rest, hydrate and eat etc. if it is bad and often, see your doctor.
Remember you just gave birth, your body is trying to get rid of all the extra fluids and if you are BF, making milk. You have a lot going on, take it easy.
You lose a lot of fluid and blood and go through a lot physically to birth baby so it is trauma to the body. I'm a week out and still feel a little weird if I'm up too much. I read that many moms become anemic after birth and should take an iron supplement.
