Any advice for Oct/Nov IVF?

Planning to start our IVF cycle next month!  AF should start end of next week, but it has been 4 months since my day 3 labs were done, so they told me they have to be done again, but they can still start pills?  We met with our RE back in May, but due to me training for a marathon that I am running in 3 weeks , she wanted to wait til Oct to start pills.  I still have to do the trial transfer as well, but they assured me they will still start pills with next AF.  I am anxious to get going, feel like it has been a year of just waiting and getting our ducks in a row and now I can't remember what to expect!
