2 years after csection weight loss and numbing growing pain

Okay so its been 2 years since I've had my csection and I'm starting to have this pain. I just lost 8 lbs and I was working outside doing yard work. Digging with a digger. So it was pretty heavy duty. Well during the time I was doing this. I started getting itchy around my waist where my csection scar was. I thought it was a bug n I looked nothing there just itchy. Well the next day I woke up to the annoying pain. It feels like burning but very numb and when u touch it, it hurts like not a dull hurt but a annoying hurt. Deff nerve related. It has moved to part of my butt and down my thigh a bit and starts right were my csection scar is. Just a huge patch of this numbing pain. Whenever my clothes or underwear touch it. It's hurts. It's like when ur foot falls asleep and u touch the area and it hurts. That's how it feels. But it isn't going away. What the heck is going on. Does anyone have any idea?!
