Please help hcg not doubling.

I'm new here found out was prego..labor day due to spotting on sept 8 had labs drawn 187,220,350 I go again Monday... Dr suggested metho shot yesterday but I declined no gestational sac seen only a corpeus luteum cyst... LMP was July 31st and also had one Aug 28 they are wacky ..any advice

I'm sorry this is happening to you. If you're not quite sure what is happening I understand refusing the shot for now, as I can't imagine doing so if there's a chance. Unfortunately since they aren't doubling or coming close it seems that this pregnancy may not be a healthy one, I'm so incredibly sorry to share that opinion. I've been in your shoes and was grateful to have doctors who were willing to double check for my own reassurance, and the ultrasound revealed a ruptured ectopic. My experience has no influence on yours, but I share it to illustrate that If it were me again I would ask for whatever it takes to feel confident in my choice even though it's heartbreaking. My thoughts are with you.
