Screaming at breast

My LO recently started fussing and crying while eating from my right breast. As soon as I switch her to my left she is fine. What could be wrong? The flow has become too fast? She also hasn't pooped in 5 days which is a first but she is happy otherwise.

Help!

DS did the same with me for about a week, but at my left breast. I nursed him sitting up on that side and he responded much better. Not sure what caused it but it seems to have resolved itself.

My LO did that with the left for about a week at around 3 months. It was weird, as that was the side he preferred before that. As pp also said, I tried a different position (for me it was side-lying). He got over it eventually too.
