what is going on with my skin!

i have been breaking out pretty bad all over my neck, shoulders and back, and have developed this patch at the base of my hairline at the back of my neck and I've tried scrubbing it off, I've tried cream, special soaps. never had it before and I'm out of ideas

Chloasma is what I believe those spots are called. I haven't had it but it's supposedly really common! They're usually on your face. The acne is also normal... My face looks almost as bad as it did in junior high... Just as I was starting to enjoy my "pregnancy glow"! That didn't last long!

Can't do much about the chloasma but in terms of acne I got a lot of relief from a clairsonic exfoliating brush and a very mild soap. Worth a shot maybe?
