Victoria secret has a wireless bra that is suppose to be good, comfortable, and supportive depending. (Not everyone fits in a VS size or wants to shell out $50 for a bra). That's all I know but I'll be looking more into it soon and getting one. I'm struggling with sore boobs too!
You could try a gel wire bra. They give support but are very flexible and never try to stab you in the heart. I have relatively small breasts and could probably go without a bra even now without feeling any discomfort, but I'll definitely getting a gel wire one later on.
So it may be too soon for this, but wireless nursing bras are AMAZING. I got some from Target and Babies-R-Us with my last pregnancy that weren't too expensive. It might be hard to guess what size you will need later on though, if you plan on breastfeeding. Just a thought.
I agree with Par13. This bra is all I wear. I'm a 36D currently and this works great! My boobs don't hurt at work at all...only when I get home and take my bra off...then ouch!
My girls were hurting the worst when I woke up after sleeping all night so I invested in a sleep/nursing bra from target . Works wonders. During the day I switched to wireless bra-lette.
