i got spring valley gummy prenatals because the regular were giving me heartburn and making me nauseous and idk if I got good ones because they don't have magnesium or iodine or calcium or iron so are they even good?which ones do you take?

I take the CVS brand prenatal gummy vitamins with DHA & Folic Acid. No complaints and my OB approves.
