Hello,
This is my first post so bare with me guys.
I'm a first time mum to be and currently 17weeks+3.
I've had the most horrible start to my pregnancy.. And I'm still suffering now

I've been trying to just get on and deal with it but it's starting to really get to me and pull me down now.
I just wish I could wake up for one day and feel normal. It sounds selfish I know but I generally didn't think it would be this hard.
Sickness for me started around 6 weeks. So pretty early.
First 3/4 weeks I could hardly move. Being sick between 8-15 times a day.. Without fail. All day too! I was hospitalised due to severe dehydration

I'm not going to lie, the sickness is slowing down now.. Still can't eat much.. Which I'm concerned about as I feel I'm failing at not giving my baby what he/she needs.
I think now the main cause behind my sickness is to do with my sinuses.
I have this clear sticky mucas aka catarrh at the back of my throat which I can never clear.. Which in turn makes me gag. Which then makes me sick. Also the extra siliva in my mouth is awful. To the point I have to constantly spit it out. Then when I am sick it's not food I'm bringing up most of the time it's all the excess phlegm and fluid.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Any ideas what I can do to help?
Doing 12 hour shifts in a nursing home is hard when having to deal with all this too.

Sorry for the moan.
