I made homemade burrito bowls this week- rice, black beans, chicken (finally able to stomach a little meat), low-fat cheese, salsa and veggies. It was super easy to make ahead and package up for the week!
I eat grilled marinated chicken with tabouli salad (chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped tomatoes and onions) and hummus literally every day for lunch! Lol. I'm obsessed
