More frequent bowel movements

3.5 month old is having more frequent and slightly runnier poops last three or four days. Wouldn't say diarrhea but runnier than usual. Used to Go one or two times a day and today went five or six. Poor thing getting a diaper rash. From what I've been told and read is attributed to teething but taking her to dr tomorrow just Incase. Anyone else experiencing this or something similar? She is showing signs of teethjng
