Elderberry Syrup?

Any ladies here use elderberry syrup? I have the store bought syrup with echinacea and vitamin c. Have any of you used this while pregnant? I'm almost 11 weeks and don't want to take any risks but feel some sinus crud coming on and it usually helps me. My midwife says its ok but im still worried. Thanks!

I would say if your midwife is okay with it, don't be worried.
