All of the time. When feeding, right after feeding. I'm so frustrated! Almost to the point where I have considered not bf ing any more. (I nixed that thought quickly) the reusable pads I leak through and the disposable ones hurt my nipples.

Any suggestions in how to save my clothing and not be embarrassed to go out in public?

    Three weeks pp. I was leaking colostrum for months before I had her, and now, it's such a heavy flow of actual bm.

    I'm sure this will regulate as your supply evens out, but in the meantime can you double up with a cloth pad against your breast and the waterproof disposable one between cloth pad and bra? I know it's a bit bulky but it might keep you going a little longer til your supply sorts itself out.
