Introductions?

We have a 5 year old at home who has lots of close friends who are ALL so excited to meet our new baby who will be 2 weeks old on Monday. How long did you all wait before you introduced outside kiddos to your new baby (if at all)? Any special precautions? We figured 1 child per day for a max of 15 minutes with no physical contact...I'm just freaked out because of flu season. Any advice you can offer would be great! Thanks!

Our God-daughter was 11 months when our son was born and she was introduced to him at 1 week. Also our niece was 9 months and she met him the day he was born. We went to church at 2 weeks so he met kids that day too. No special precautions were made. Obviously I didn't let them have their hands all over his face or kissing him or anything crazy.

About a dozen kids in our neighborhood have met the baby outside when my older one is playing. No touching allowed.
