What not to do??

HELP! I've just had a lady tell me the following and I'm not sure how serious to take her:
1. Don't stretch or reach for anything, it causes tears in the ligaments around your womb.
2. Don't cough too much or too hard
3. Don't sweep/mop

I've heard you can pretty much continue as usual in the first trimester... Some advice would be awesome (I'm 6 weeks)

This is all BS. Don't sweat it.

At six weeks your womb is hardly any bigger than it usually is, so if reaching and stretching caused stuff to tear, all women who have ever reached/stretched should be walking around with their unattached wombs bouncing around in their bodies, which they obviously aren't.
