Light brown discharge...Worry??

Tonight at work I went to go pee and noticed some light brown discharge in my undies. Starting to flip out a little that it may be the start of a loss...Anyone had this before?

Don't worry. Brown blood is old blood, and some spotting is totally normal.

I'm having it too, mostly just when I wipe in the bathroom. Going to mention it too my doctor but I've done a lot of googling and seems it's "normal" unless accompanied by cramps, or if it increases.

This is VERY common no need to panic! If you are ever worried then call your doctor!! I believe the only time you should really worry is if you need to wear a pad and it is bright red!
