Best weight loss tips on injects ?

On gonal 75units, started about a month ago and been climbing the gonal ladder. As the doc adds more units I gain more pounds. I think 4lbs total. Doc also stated NO P90x or Bootcamp just low impact ... Totally just going to jog and run but open for ideas !!! HELP LOL

Do you have access to a pool? Swimming is a great low impact exercise.

Swimming is the recommendation. But here's the best recommendation, don't stress about your weight while on injectables. There's a bigger picture, and you can take the weight off later. Hormones make you gain weight. There's a freedom in just accepting that and accepting that you will need to take it off later!

I agree with @jnissa. I personally just tried to cut out any junk food or unhealthy snacking. I also went on walks and did pure barre though I have cut back a lot on it because I would feel more pressure or soreness in my pelvic area with some exercises. Other than that, I've just accepted weight gain as part of the journey.

Agreed with PP,  eating right is your best bet.   I gained a lot of weight on injects, but some of that is bloating and water weight.   The rest of it was stress eating and hormonal weight gain.  You might find that jogging is not a great choice if you have a strong response to the stims.   Try to go as low impact as you can, and avoid stuff like hot yoga.  Swimming sounds like a pretty safe idea...

My doctor told me definitely no running, but walking or bike riding is fine. What about yoga? I'm not sure how much that helps with losing weight but it is super relaxing and there are many poses that are said to increase fertility.
I'm not sure if I've gained weight or not because I work out five days a week but I know some days I am super bloated, especially on this progesterone!

If it helps at all, I gained a full 9 pounds on a round of estrogen injectables. Turns out most of that was water and bloating and it pretty much fell off right after.
