2 Failed Clomid Attempts, Femara to the rescue!!

Hey ladies!! I have been following these boards but never posted before. I promised myself I would share any good news with you, when I got it! Well after one round on Clomid 50, and another round on Clomid 100- my estrogen never rose and follicles never grew :-L. Discouraged and hesitant, my Dr. Started me on Femara 150. 9 days from the first pill, Ultra sound and blood looked great & I was ready to trigger. I was instructed to have relations that night and the following three nights. Two weeks later, sore breasts and cramps, something felt "different" so I randomly took two tests this morning and got TWO BIG FAT POSITIVES >- .. I know it's very early and don't plan on publicly sharing the news yet but wanting to let you ALL know, anything is possible. Please have faith and be optimistic. 6+3=9 but 5+4=9 too. There are many routes to the ultimate destination. Baby Dust to all & God bless!

Good luck to you.   We wish that you had participated in our discussions before announcing your pregnancy.   Sudden pregnancy announcements from strangers can really backfire and negatively trigger women who are struggling with their infertility, or have recently suffered a loss (this is mentioned in our "Visitors Read First" post).

Have a healthy and happy 9 months and I wish you the best.

When you post about a BFP you should put *BFP mentioned* in your title. Also, it's not a rule, but people follow it.. generally you don't just post on a board you've never posted on before to say you got a BFP when no one here knows your or you back story.

Having said that, congratulations on your BFP. I hope you have a happy and healthy nine months.
