HELPP

So I'm not technically a high risk pregnancy because I already had my baby. I developed preeclampsia at 32 weeks and then HELPP at 34.4. I had an "urgent" c-section as soon as it turned into HELLP. I was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks (2.5 on bedrest and then recovering from the c section). Since they knew he would come early, I got the steroid shots and baby boy was only in the NICU for a week. He's 7 weeks now and doing great. He is my first baby. I've always planned on having at least 2 kiddos, but I'm worried about developing HELPP next time but earlier. Anyone in here had HELPP?

    I'm not sure about HELPP, but when I started getting headaches and high blood pressure I started looking online and I read that it usually affects a woman's first pregnancy, but not pregnancies after that. May be you could ask your doctor/pediatrician or see if there's a HELPP board on here?
