Hi Everyone-
Thanks to all of you for all the great support and advice. I had a pretty crazy weekend... I was told on Friday that my hormone levels were rising, but it still only looked like one follicle was growing strong with another one behind it. On Saturday morning, I got the biggest shock... they said I had 3 follicles and they would trigger me that night. I was shocked. Honestly, I feel like I have been getting nothing but negativity from this practice of doctors, but they said "we may as well go for it." I had a 19mm and a 15mm in my right ovary and a 16mm in my left ovary. The doctor (someone I didn't know) also told me that my left ovary may be too hard to get to for retrieval so I may only end up with one. I freaked out and decided not to do the trigger, but my doctor told me that they will try to get everything. So, I triggered and did the ER yesterday. When I woke up in recovery the doctor had retrieved 4 eggs (I was so surprised) and then today I got the report that only 2 were mature, but they both fertilized. I hope I made the right decision going for the ER. The doctor told me that I probably wouldn't do any better in the future so it would be silly to not try for it now.
So... here I am. I have 2 little guys chilling in a dish and I pray they are going strong. I have to prep my uterus all week. The hope is that they both make it to day #5 and then they will do the transfer. I asked if I would hear from the office throughout the week to make sure everything was still okay, but my nurse said I won't hear from anyone until the weekend regardless of the news. She also told me not to expect to have both of these embryos by the end of the week. I must say that I can't get over the amount of pessimism that I have received in the process, but I feel like the little engine that could... every time they give me bad answers, I come back just enough to stay in the game. So, I will keep on praying and hoping... it is out of my hands right now.

I hope you are all doing well!
My update is that one of my little embryos had stopped developing before the blastocyst stage. When I got the call they said that my other embryo was still growing, but hadn't made it to the blast stage as of yet. The next day thankfully it had made it to blast so they biopsied it and froze it. They said the fresh transfer was no longer possible, but pending good results from the genetic testing I still have my one frozen blast that we will transfer (hopefully, knock wood!!!) next cycle. So, I am still holding strong and praying that things will be okay. It has been a total emotional rollercoaster and I know we still have a lot of hurdles to overcome, but I am staying hopeful because all anyone tells me is that "it only takes one." I am just thankful that I am still on the journey.
