I want some answers

I just experienced my second miscarriage I lost my first baby at 7 weeks this was 8 months ago 3 days ago I just lost my second at 7 weeks I just turned 21 I am healthy did everything right and don't know what I am doing wrong when and how do I start to TTC again I just want to do this right I want a healthy baby I'd do anything to have a healthy baby.

Im so sorry for your loses. It's probably nothing that you did or didn't do that caused them. From what I understand a big reason is some underlying genetic thing or in my case it was just a random genetic mutation that my baby had. I only know because I was further along so my son had an autopsy and genetic testing. I know that here in Australia if you have 3 miscarriages they start to investigate why. It's going to suck for a little while and you've probably heard all of this before, but beating yourself up about this isnt going to help. Mourn for your beautiful angel babies but try and not blame yourself.

I'm so sorry. It's highly unlikely that it's anything you did. This stuff happens and it sucks. Be kind to yourself.
