Looking to adopt in Arkansas or a surrounding state. Help needed

We are new to the board and are just starting our adoption journey. We are 100% novice with this experience and could use help. We obviously saw lifetime adoption and have been pre-approved but heard that they are expensive. Does anyone know of a good facility or agency with successful results? We are looking for a newborn, since have a five year old. We want him to experience his sibling to the fullest. We love in Arkansas but are from Ohio. We are open to a facilitator from neighboring states such as Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, or Illinois or Ohio. Thanks so much for your time.

Try reaching out to private adoption attorneys. They help birth mothers with matching too and generally are cheaper because you aren't paying an organization.
