2nd Trimester

Please help me sleep!!

I know they say that sleeping on your side is best after the first trimester, however, I have extremely bad sciatica that only acts up when I lay on my side!! This obviously makes sleeping almost impossible, because every time I move I am woken up by terrible pain. The only way this doesn't effect me is it I lay on my back. I need any suggestions I can get, I'm desperate!!

  • As long as you aren't flat on your back you're ok... Can you put pillows under one side of you so you are tilted to one side? That would keep you off your back. I'm a stomach sleeper so I know how much is sucks to change the position you sleep in.
