thrush?

Anyone experience thrush with pumping? I switched to pumping 2 weeks ago due to oversupply issues causing LO to choke and gag during feedings and doing better with bottles. After my shower tonight I noticed small white patches on my nipples....I have had some pain with pumping but I figured it was just bc I was getting used to the pump after switching but now I'm thinking it might be thrush. My LO has white on his tongue, but his tongue only and I feel like it's always been that way? Like no recent changes really, plus he's getting bottles not the boob. I wash pump parts between each use and sterilize them at least once a day if not more. Of course I will call the doctor Tuesday. Just wanted to see if anyone had experience with it and what your symptoms were. TIA!!!
