Trying to Get Pregnant

You don't have permission to do that

Is anyone else having trouble with being able to reply? When I try to reply, sometimes it let's me and sometimes, I get a little pop up saying "You don't have permission to do that".

  • Are you trying to post on a "flame" thread? If so, it might be closed since you tried to post. Ive had that happen before.

  • No ma'am. They are regular threads, such as TWW and WTO. Even sometimes won't let me enter in my gif.

  • The mobile app is terrible. It keeps giving me the same error. The only thing I've been able to do is log out, then log back in.


  • Have you been logged out? Sometimes TB will randomly log you out and you can't comment or love tit until you log back in.

    Yes it is!  Sometimes I just use my phone's browser...

  • @Litterateur I'm going to have to do that when I want to Bump when not at home.  Sitting and staring at the screen and not knowing if I'm signed in or out---and then wanting to stomp on my phone is not good.

  • I get this whenever I use my mobile too, but never my computer. I think it may just be the phone app and not you!

  • I get this on my android tablet app.  My iphone app has a different issue.  If I click community, I get a blank screen.  So if I wanna switch pages, I have to close out the app entirely (can't run in background) and re-enter.

  • I hate the mobile app. I almost always just use my phone's browser instead.

    I have the issue with the blank community screen on my android app too. I don't even use it.

  • I have that issue with the app. It seems to be because it will take a looooong time to load the page fully - it looks like it loaded but since it's still doing something (like loading lovetits or badges) it craps out when I try to reply or even lovetit. Super annoying, so I mostly use my phone browser instead.

    In order to help us troubleshoot this, can you please PM me with the following info:
    - which thread you were trying to reply to when you received the "You don't have permission to do that" message 
    - what device you are using
    - whether you are using the app or a web browser (if so, which browser?)

    I am alerting our tech team to the blank Community screen issue that is sometimes being seen on the iPhone and Android app. If you've experienced this, do you find that it is resolved when logging out and back in?

    Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate you making us aware of these issues so we can get them resolved ASAP. Thank you!

  • I'm having the same issue. Only while mobile bumping though. I think we've all decided that the mobile app stinks!!

    This seems to happen to me when I switch screens in my android app or the screen locks and I come back in. Logging out and back in fixes it, but I sometimes lose anything I've written.

    I frequently get the blank community screen. Again, logging out and back in fixes it.

    ETA: I'm using the app on my phone.
