polyhydramnios!

Hello there! I am 32 weeks pregnant. This is my 3rd baby. I had an appointment yesterday and measured at 45... They did an ultrasound and said I have polyhydramnios. They measured all my pockets and all that jazz. They sent me to L&D and I was monitored for a bit. Baby is okay but they said I need to be careful. I now have weekly ultrasounds, NST, and another anatomy scan along with more check ups. I did not have this with my other 2. My appointment before last I was 28 week measuring 36 but the doc changed it to 30. Even still... That is 15 more. I am just paranoid now and nervous! Any advice!!!
