Vagina bubbles?!

And sorry for a very tmi post

Re: Vagina bubbles?!

  • Yay silly phone -.-

So it feels like there's bubbles in there, that are stuck and I need to push them out lol, but nothing comes out when I do.
It's only when I'm sitting down
What in the world is going on?!
    Any other ladies?

  • Sometimes air can get trapped in there during sex if he's pulling out and pushing back in a lot. That motion causes a little air to go in everytime, causing air to get trapped and eventually you'll end up with them escaping and it's basically a queef.

But I've only known it to happen because of sex. Not because of pregnancy.

I don't know how to help you besides tell you to push the air out when you feel the urge?? But don't strain yourself. :-??
  • Is it lots of little bubbles or a single bubble at a time over a period of time? Have you noticed it happens after any specific activities (sex, exercise, driving...)?
  • Is it possible you have some left over soap up there from a shower? Or did you have a bubble bath?
  • It feels like a pocket of air that just won't go away. Nothing is swollen and it doesn't feel full. And it's not literal bubbles
It's more like how when you have gas on your tummy except you can't push it out, but it's not painful, I just feel it!
I've noticed it more when i sit down to drive home from work
  • Well I'm stumped.
  • I don't feel bubbles when sitting down, but I do feel bubbles or air when I stand up and start walking from sitting down. I mentioned it to my doc and he told me he's never heard of that in his 30 years of being an OB. But it happens all of the time to me. Soooo I'm not sure. Just wanted to share my experience with you!
  • Hmmmmm. Trapped air, but not sure the origin.
  • Got a ben wa ball stuck up there?
  • Maybe have sex and see if that pops them? Or at least provides them a way out?

Or maybe some kegels will do the trick?
  • Do you have a lot of discharge? It could be caused by that. I would actually get them the morning of and/or day before my period would start, I'm assuming because there was a lot up there ready to move down and come out. I've had them just a couple times this pregnancy (which freaked me out at first bc I always associated them with my period) but it's usually preceeding a lot of wet discharge.

    Hope that helps!
  • As much as I don't want to take this seriously I have to....

..... because I actually know what you mean. It's happened twice while I was shopping. It's a weird feeling and it passes, but I get it.

  • @laxdixdar yes! They do eventually pass, and it's a super weird feeling!
Had someone suggest that it's baby kicking super low. Thank goodness someone else knows what I'm talking about! I thought I was crazy for a minute
  • I had something similar today. Sat down at a meeting and felt a few air bubble kind of come down my lady part and out. I feel a little sore in there now... I was concerned since blowing air into the vagina can cause a miscarriage. I'm hoping since the air came from there it will be okay. Anyone get an update on these bubbles?
  • @ChristinaAnneW for me, it turned out to be baby kicking, it was just a new feeling for me and since it was uncomfortable it freaked me out! I still feel it, but it's a lot more firmer of a kick now and usually only when I'm sitting down
