Help me sleep!!

Im at the point in my pregnancy where im training myself to sleep on my side. But no matter what i do i cannot get comfortable and only sleep 3 hours at a time before waking up and having to walk around a bit before attempting to get back to sleep. Does anyone have any natural rememdies or just advice in general on how i can get some decent sleep?!

  • One word - Snoogle. I swear it has changed my night, I only get up once at like 3 am and it's to pee, I was waking up 4-6 times a night. It takes up a lot of bed space but even my husband now loves it because I'm not up and down all night, thus he isn't getting woken up. Hope this helps

  • I didn't get a snoogle, just used a few pillows we already had and a memory foam mattress topper from our guest bed. It made a huge difference. But now I tend to have trouble falling asleep because my mind is everywhere. Hoping with school starting again I'll be to exhausted to think.
  • Get a good workout in, wind-down before bed, stop looking at your phone etc at least an hour before bed, when you get up to pee at night, turn as few lights on as possible, don't engage in conversation with your husband and NEVER check email in the middle of the night --- I know everyone is different, but these are the rules I follow and I'm so thankful to have no sleep issues so far.
