Positive test...followed by a negative?

Hi ladies! I got a positive (HUGE surprise) on Saturday am, followed by a negative that evening and another negative Sunday morning. Dr office won't sent for bloodwork until my missed period window passes. had anyone had a similar experience? The waiting and unknowing is soooo difficult! Thanks!

    It's extremely unlikely to get a false positive but more common to have false negatives. Take a FRER in the morning! I hope there's a baby in there. :)

    I would take another test, maybe even a digital one. Was the positive test a blue dye one? They're notorious for evap lines.

    I actually just experience the opposite, I had a false neg on Friday and a positive one this morning since I'm a day late now I'm sure I'm pregnant! I'd wait until a couple of days during your missed period and then take another one. If your anything like me wait until the day after your missed period, lol! Good luck!

    Thanks ladies. It was a clear blue positive and a store brand and EPT that were negative. I guess I'll try again :)
