I don't want this to come across as rude, but it baffles me that someone could be worried more about "something foreign" in a vaccine than the actual flu. My family and I get flu shots every year. Last year unfortunately the flu shot was inaccurate, and my mom got the flu. Like the legit actual flu, not just a bad cold. I have never seen anybody more sick in my life and my son has had a 105 fever before. It was downright scary, and she's super healthy. My friend from my first BMB is a nurse, and one year she had a healthy male in his 20s die from the flu. It's not something to mess around with. It's recommended for a reason.
