Going back to work

is anyone out there back to work 5 days a week yet? How was it & is your lo okay with their childminder?

I went back to work when my LO was 3 month old.  The first week was hard but after a while I got use to it.  I pump at work and during my pump sessions I usually look through pictures or videos of my LO.  My LO is with my mom 3 days a week and at day care 2 days a week.  She loves both places.  I think the most important part is finding a caregiver that you are comfortable with.
