NBR- not impressed with AT&T

MIL passed away in July, she had been sick for quite sometime. Knowing this, DH had been saving voicemails from her. Well, he has been having issues with his cell phone service and went in to see if AT&T could do anything. All his voicemails were lost in the process. I know they never intended to but I am just so angry and broken hearted for DH.

    :( I'm so sorry, that's the worst! My mother saved my brother's last voicemail on the home answering machine, if it was gone I would be SO upset.
