Water wipes

anyone using them ?? I have been using them because I love that they are natural, but they are super wet and cold.. Wondering if they are too wet for his bum.

I was using them but then I think she wasn't getting actually cleansed (esp after pooping) and was getting diaper rash because there's nothing but water in them (no cleansing agent). I have a whole
box still though and have switched to using them for things like wiping her hands or neck after spit-up.

What did you switch to?

I use them but I also bath nightly at at least us soap on the bottom half of her body for that reason. If its a good poop I have a set of wipes that is not just water...the water ones are mainly for pee only
