HIO and checking CM.

This is our first cycle TTC. With all the HIO we're doing I'm finding it very difficult to check my CM! Anyone else have this problem? Tips/tricks that make it easier?

I check when I first get up.Usually by then it's just my CM in there and semen to me feels way different than EWCM.

When you pee after sex, do some kegels to push leftover semen out. I think TCOYF calls it "sperm emission techniques."

I typically check in the morning when I first get up. But I also watch/track throughout the day. If you're having trouble checking, do some kegels to help.
