Switching to midwife after 30 weeks?

hi Ladies,
Has anyone switched to a midwife in NYC this late in the game? After discussing some of my preferences with my current practice, I'm getting a little nervous about their willingness to support me in an unmedicated birth. I'd possibly like to switch to a midwife that delivers in a hospital. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any midwifery practices that take patients this late in the game?
