Weird ovulation after HSG

Every cycle after my first miscarriage I have had terrible ovulation cysts and tons of pain around ovulation. Last month it hurt so bad I went to the OB and I had eight huge cysts on the right and two on the left. Every test to figure out why I'm having recurrent miscarriages has been totally normal, so last week I had an HSG which was also normal. Well according to my opk's and my temping I ovulated yesterday and had absolutely no pain whatsoever. This is really weird to me. I usually have tons of back pain and cyst pain and this time nothing. Could the HSG made me not develop cysts this month? Could I not have ovulated even with the positive opk's and temping?
